Our Boxing Bootcamp will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6am-7am. Gloves are provided or you can bring your own. The class combines boxing, conventional, and unconventional exercises into a jam packed hour of sweat and fun. All levels encouraged.

We can come to your home, office, a park, anywhere you feel like getting a great workout. For a flat rate of $90 you will get a Professional trainer come right to your door. All sessions are 1 hour.
